Chocolates, Cakes & Traditional New Orleans Cuisine

The renown choclatier Judy Hall began her food career in New Orleans in the 70's in the field of custom catering. Her business grew exponentially into the largest custom catering business in that city which is known for its excellence in food.

Today living in Australia and operating from Balmain Sydney she is able to provide her many customers with products that have stood the test of time.

Judy's specialities include handmade Belgian chocolate, whole cakes and traditional snap frozen New Orleans cuisine all of which can be ordered online, by text or by phone.

Her customer base is derived from both the wholesale and retail marketplace.

Amongst her clients in the USA were: THE ROLLING STONES, FRANK SINATRA, LANA TURNER, THE SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTE, TRUSTHOUSE FORTE, SAKS FIFTH AVENUE, NEW ORLEANS MUSEUM OF ART, FAO SCHWARZ, GEORGE BUSH SNR.

Included as clients were many of the New Orleans "old money" brigade. With clients as illustrious as these she couldn't afford to be second best. Daily she experiments with new and unusual flavours that delight her many satisfied customers.

Judy also works with chocolate making methods passed down from the South American ancients to the 16th century Spanish and imported by the Belgium in the 17thcentury.

Our chocolate joys, created on site, use Belcolade Belgian chocolate sighted by chocolate lovers the world over, as the benchmark to measure all other brands.
