The renown choclatier Judy Hall began her food career in New Orleans in the 70's in the field of custom catering. Her business grew exponentially into the largest custom catering business in that city which is known for its excellence in food.
Today living in Australia and operating from Balmain Sydney she is able to provide her many customers with products that have stood the test of time.
Judy's specialities include handmade Belgian chocolate, whole cakes and traditional snap frozen New Orleans cuisine all of which can be ordered online, by text or by phone.
Her customer base is derived from both the wholesale and retail marketplace.
